What Does Revolving Change Exist to Solve?

We exist to enable YOU to develop, master and take full advantage of the incredibly high-value leader, manager or team collaborator that’s begging to be released from within you.

Many people say “I know I can do more, be better, achieve higher”, and some of us are lucky enough to get that same encouragement from those around us. We exist to give you the guidance and training you need to experience that freedom-giving growth, instead of just wishing for it.

Over 35 years ago, we founded the Business Coaching Group. We started engineering change with individuals and multinational corporations, from the shop floor to the Board, delivering measurable lasting improvements impacting personal and corporate success in multiple nations.
Having pioneered the entire concept of business 'coaching' (the application of sports coaching methodology within the business world) back in the 80s, we've witnessed the evolution of leadership and the emergence of new (and the repetition of old) challenges.

Through it all, one constant has remained: the need for adaptable leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
