Who is Revolving Change for?
Revolving Change is for Leaders and Managers committed to change, to development and progress; for Leaders and Managers that insist of staying ahead of their peers, anticipating the next trend, risk and challenge, ahead of then curve balls business throws at them. Of course a strong mind set, determination to excel, determination to do better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today, are typical for our elite clients. Leadership and managerial humbleness belong to the most important characteristic of successful role modeling.
Why is Revolving Change NOT for everyone?
For leaders and managers, implementing effective lasting change requires determination, perseverance, decision making power and resourcefulness. For personal change, there is a critical need for high degrees of self-awareness, and most of all, of commitment to self-development. Leaders and managers that do not persevere, that want others to ‘walk their talk' do not bring the resilience and determination to take on change on, nor the staying power to see it through till results accrue. We insist, before we start, to fully understand the commitment needed for path that we embark.
Does Revolving Change guarantee results? and offers full refunds?
No and No. We do not play the game of guarantees with unenforceable terms or refunds with no questions asked. Hell, NO. We guarantee the quality of our work and results, in the measure our client guarantees own involvement, participation and support. There is absolutely nothing at all we can do on our own. We only achieve lasting measurable results together.
We guarantee our portion of results, when the client guarantees its own. Measurable results are the result of our cooperation, including the client's involvement, determination and decision making power. We can show thew way, provide the tools and develop the skills, ‘we lead to the bridge, but we cannot cross it FOR you, only together with you'.
All our work delivers value and we therefore we offer no refunds, but clients can stop at any moment. Unlike others we will ask plenty of questions as we need to learn from what did not work out as we both wanted. There must be at least a lesson learned.
Do you offer tailored retreat programs?
We do. We offer tailored retreat programs for corporate teams needing to develop their cohesion and congruency, revisit their value and expectations systems, to improve cooperation and other measures that will support the achievement of their strategic goals.
For selected Senior Executives we offer retreats where they share visions, concerns and their deepest inner views and values with peers facing similar issues and concerns. How do you measure success?
Provided you are not already measuring success, which is often the case, we will jointly define success, identify and agree the outcomes and the units of measure, i.e. indicators. These indicators and the measurements become integral part of your quality and performance management system, incorporating Kaizen in your culture.
All tools we use include the measurement of own indicators. How these change during our cooperation, thus measuring success.
Why Do We Use Beehives?
The Beehive inspires Revolving Change for a number of reasons.
While hexagons are a frequent shape in nature (nature knows why: from geology to bees), perfect regular hexagons are the most efficient shapes in nature. They are strong, require minimum material and represent the most efficient space utilization. Regular hexagons are the most compact shape supporting each other. This was the theory of early Roman Marcus Terentius Varro more than 230 years ago which was confirmed by Thomas Hales (University of Michigan) in 1999. Even Charles Darwin himself once wrote that the honeycomb was a masterpiece of engineering,
‘Perfect hexagons fit and connect perfectly’, just as the contents of Revolving Change coaching, training and mentoring. Regular hexagons represent the most muscular structure among geometrical shapes representing how the various topics and courses connect, complement and support each other. The creation of the beehives in nature require a lot of effort from many bees, just as the Revolving Change’s ecosystem and contents in our Skills-B-hive, (link) the result of decades of joint effort and experience. As bees building a honeycomb, at Revolving Change we also create content and services collectively, constantly and simultaneously.
Does Revolving Change always delivers measurable results?
We do indeed. All our processes, tools and activities have either diagnostic tools that measure the ‘before and after' our intervention and cooperation. We also apply Pre- and Post evaluations and surveys that show the achieved change. If our tools do not cover the need identified, we will jointly develop it with our client, as unless we can measure it, we cannot improve it.

How secure if client data with you? How do you treat client information?
EXTREMELY secure. We take data security to the highest level as we deal with strictly confidential client information. Our client relationships are sacred. We will of course not disclose here our data security protocols and procedures. We are willing to review these with the client's IT manager after signature of the corresponding specific confidentiality and security documents. We can share however that ALL data is on premise and NOT on the cloud, and that we have strong data compartmentalization and segregation. The applicable regulations and standards are strictly adhered to.
To protect our clients' data and information, we will never ever reveal any details of the work done. We bring it to the extreme that we only ask clients willing to render testimony of our work, to only answer three questions: Is Revolving Change a legitimate organisation? Did Revolving Change do what it said it was going to do? Would they hire Revolving Change again if the opportunity arises?
Do you use AI?
We do not use AI to create your products and services. We use AI to edit text and format presentations, dashboards and charts. As CEO you are surely aware of the many companies and processes meanwhile starting to discontinue AI and of companies re-hiring AI displaced personnel. The sensitivity, depth of experience and understanding of managerial nature is something AI does not master.
