Matthias is an accomplished executive and strategic mentor with a proven track record of leading international teams through growth, integration, and transformation.
With a background in manufacturing engineering (M.Sc., RWTH Aachen), Matthias began his career by helping establish Fraunhofer’s R&D and Consulting Center at Boston University. He later joined a client organization to open the U.S. market, ultimately serving as CEO of its American subsidiary and leading a successful acquisition and integration effort.
He has held pivotal leadership roles across global operations, including Corporate VP for Software Products and VP of Digitalization and Strategy. Whether launching operations in China, aligning product teams across geographies, or navigating a company sale, Matthias brings clarity, structure, and forward momentum to every phase of growth.
A bilingual leader with deep expertise in vision development and execution, Matthias is known for mentoring individuals and teams to drive strategy, innovation, and measurable impact—especially in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
