Federico is a Perception Management expert with over 25 years of experience in international development, governance, and strategic advisory. He has worked with leading organizations including PAHO/WHO, Friedrich Ebert Foundation, ECLAC, UNODC, UNDP, and Avina Foundation—supporting political and private sector leaders across Latin America.

Holding a Ph.D. in Political Science & Latin American Studies and completing postdoctoral training as Visiting Research Fellow at McGill University Institute for the Study of International Development (ISID), Federico bridges academic insight with strategic action. He helps leaders and organizations navigate perceptions of risk, reputations, and implementation processes—particularly in complex social and political contexts. He leads a policy lab that designs perception strategies to foster resilient and sustainable changes for successful societies.

Federico’s mentoring centers on “crafting strategy” as a dynamic, collaborative and creative process. He guides changemakers—whether in policy, entrepreneurship, or leadership—through the art of turning existing assets into strategic power. His work empowers clients to think politically, act decisively, and align perception with impact.
